You are not correct. I faced such problems and my money was refunded after 2 months which is not acceptable. Besides, a person named Salam from this phone no: 01729072891 told me it may take 90 days. It is not acceptable. If a person has to face problems without that money who will take the responsibility? Certainly, the Ibbl was liable for the problems.
However, 5 business days time is an acceptable time limit. The account shuold be credited back within 5 business days.
Hence, I am requesting you to inform Salam and other relevant persons about this.

In case of failure on withdrawing cash, the amount is credited back to the account within 5 business day after complaint.
